Requests & inventory
Requests are carried out by the AI Technician
Software on request, installations on many PCs overnight, printers, an always up-to-date inventory. Scripts written by the AI and approved by a technician, run by the AI Technician on every computer.
Software on request
The user asks the AI Technician for a program, in the chat or on the portal, and picks it from the catalogue of authorised software. If your rules require manager approval, the request reaches the manager automatically; once approved, the AI Technician installs the program silently and closes the ticket with the outcome.
No packages to build by hand: for each program in the catalogue you enter the name, version and where the package is. The AI writes the silent installation script, one for Windows and one for Mac, and a technician reviews and approves it before it is used.
Approved catalogue
Only what is in the catalogue and approved by a technician gets installed. Anything else does not run, however much the user insists.
Manager approval
For programs that require it, the user's manager decides. The AI Technician waits for the answer and then proceeds.

Scheduled mass installations
An update for every PC in accounting, a new program for a whole site: choose the approved software, the computers to install it on and when to start, for example tonight at 22:00.
Each AI Technician picks up the installation on its next round, runs it silently and reports the result. You follow progress PC by PC; machines that were switched off get it the next time they start.
Action packages and strategies
A workstation is never just one program. Build packages from several catalogue items, meaning software, printers and procedures, in the right order: "Accounting workstation", "New sales rep". For each step you decide whether the package stops or carries on if it fails.
Time window
Installations run only in the hours you choose, even across midnight: nobody is held up during the day.
Pilot group
First a small group of PCs. If enough of them succeed, the rollout continues to everyone; otherwise the campaign pauses and a technician decides.
Retries and step-by-step results
Machines that fail for a transient reason try again on the next round. For each PC you see which step succeeded and which did not; at the end, if needed, the PC restarts with advance notice.
Printers
Printers and print queues live in a catalogue, just like software: brand, connection, driver and package. Here too the AI writes the script and a technician approves it.
When a user asks for a printer, or moves to a new site, the AI Technician installs the driver and queue on their PC and checks that it works. If the queue gets stuck, it clears it on its own.
Administrator rights, without giving them to users
Users stay standard users. To install, the AI Technician uses an administrator account you provide: it is stored encrypted, never kept on the PCs, and you can revoke it at any time.
Hardware and software inventory
Every computer with the AI Technician registers itself: model, serial number, operating system, processor, memory, disk status and the full list of installed programs with versions. The inventory updates on every round and each machine's record keeps its history.
Assets are recognised by their hardware identifier, not the computer name: renaming or reinstalling a PC does not create duplicates.

A standard software set for each type of PC
For each type of computer you define what must be there, what may be there and what must not be there. A new PC receives the expected programs on its own; missing and unauthorised software shows up straight away.
The basis for licensing
The inventory tells you how many PCs have each program, which ones and which version. That is the count you need to check licences, prepare for a vendor audit or avoid buying more than you use.
From new PC to desk
When new PCs arrive we take care of the whole journey. The physical work, meaning supply, preparation and set-up, is done by our human technicians; everything that can be prepared with AI, from the master image to installation scripts and inventory, is prepared by AI. That is why it costs less. Once the PC is on the desk, the AI Technician takes over.
Hardware supply
PCs, laptops, monitors and peripherals chosen with you and delivered on site.

For many customers, replacing PCs ends up costing nothing beyond the fee.
