Each user pays the tier they fall into. Example: 50 users = 24 × €25 + 26 × €22 = €1,172 per month. Prices exclude VAT.

An example: 100 users over a year
The common rule of thumb is one technician per 100 users, on site every day: typically €250 per day, about €5,000 per month. They handle tickets and requests, PC replacements included, but only during office hours and when they are not on holiday or sick. PCs last at least three years: out of 100, about 35 are replaced each year. Here is the comparison over a full year.

And with more users?
Even with the standard service, the per-user fee falls through the tiers, down to €18. But as numbers grow, to hundreds or thousands of workstations across several sites, the right choice is the dedicated project: it improves quality and economics together.

Human technicians
The AI Technician is always on, 24/7, with no usage limits. For the cases where a person is needed, you also get an allowance of human technicians: 15 minutes per user per month, pooled into a single company allowance (10 users = 150 minutes per month), Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 20:00 (Italian time).
You don't have to call them: the AI Technician brings them in when a problem needs a person, with the checks already done. The human technician allowance renews every month.
Human technician time left over in a month is not lost: it becomes credit for preparing PCs from the master image and installing them on desks, until the end of the following month, on actual time. For many customers, replacing PCs ends up costing nothing beyond the fee.
When the human technician allowance runs out
The AI Technician keeps working as usual, 24/7. For human technicians, you decide. You can pre-approve a number of hours per month, or be asked each time: your contact person chooses whether to bring in a technician or wait for the next month. A request that isn't approved stays open and costs nothing. Details are in the terms of sale.
Services for new PCs
Not included in the fee: add them when you need them, even to a standard subscription.

If our technicians install the PC on the desk, preparation from the master image is included in the €65 installation price: you don't pay for it separately.

Here too, beyond the physical work, every task where AI gives an advantage is carried out or prepared by AI: image, scripts, inventory and hand-over documentation. Once on the desk, the PC is supported by the AI Technician 24/7, included in the fee.
