Cookie policy

Technical cookies only, and Google Ads only if you accept.

The AI ServiceDesk site uses two kinds of tools.

Technical, always on

Your browser only keeps the choice you made on the banner (key mcsi-consenso-ads in local storage), so we don't ask on every page. It is not a cookie and is not sent to anyone.

Advertising, only with your consent

If you choose "Accept", we load the Google Ads tag (Google Ireland Limited), which sets cookies such as _gcl_au for about 90 days. They serve one purpose: knowing whether an activation request came from one of our ads, so we can decide where to invest. We do not use remarketing or ad personalisation.

If you choose "Decline" or make no choice, the tag is not loaded and nothing is sent to Google.
